Bayleys held an auction yesterday with three of the five properties on offer selling and subject to a good level of bidding. Four of the five properties were located in Paeroa.
Unit 25, 20 Clyde Street, Hamilton was passed in, and is now being offered at a price of $525,000.
104 Normanby Road, Paeroa is leased to Four Square franchise since 2013. The lease expires in 2031. Occupying an approximate 380sqm footprint, this sound investment returns $57,200 pa + GST/OPEX. This property did not sell but is currently under negotiation.
